What is the return and cancelation policy?

Please send a message through the “Contact Us” section if the product arrives damaged, you need to cancel your order, if you have an issue with your order, etc.

Damaged items from shipping will be replaced or refunded. The shipping price will NOT be refunded since shipping is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit, the shipping price again will NOT be refunded. Only the item/s bought will be replaced or refunded.

How do I care for resin pieces?

Please keep resin items out of direct sun/UV light for long periods of time. Resin can degrade if exposed to UV light and bleach the colors to white. Please keep resin away from heat sources and fire. Keeping resin stored in hot cars is also not recommended. Do not let resin come in contact with food or drink items. Minor flaws and imperfections are inevitable with resin pieces because of the nature of handmade items. They are made in a pet-friendly household.

What if my item needs repair?

Free repairs are offered on any item for one year after purchase. Please send a message through the “Contact Us” section with pictures. Customer is responsible for initial shipping back to producer.

What materials do you use?

I use 20 gauge and 26 gauge square and round wire. I order copper wire off of Etsy and sterling silver wire from RioGrande. I get other colorful wire from Amazon. I use Artresin and Limino UV resin. I order my molds, flowers, cabochons, and glitter from Amazon, Etsy, and Instagram.
